What We Collect

When you submit newsletter or contact forms, we collect information you provide directly: email address, name, company, message content, and submission source path.

Operational Metadata

To reduce abuse and support troubleshooting, we also store limited request metadata: user agent string, salted hash of IP address, and UTC submission timestamp.

How We Use Data

We use newsletter emails for editorial distribution and contact submissions for newsroom follow-up. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Data is retained in our Cloudflare D1 datastore until manually exported and reviewed. You can request deletion by emailing newsroom@aicourses.com.

Manual Export Process

Authorized admins can export newsletter and contact records as CSV via protected admin endpoints. Exports are used for manual operations and records review.
